在設計思維的過程中,會遇到不少未知數。因此,團隊成員必須思想開放、充滿好奇心、樂於迎接改變、適應力強、具備合作精神和敢於接受挑戰。本工作坊專為協助學員發掘自己天賦潛能,從而能在設計思維團隊中充份發揮,提升團隊生產力。

Highlight:
When doing design thinking, people may come across uncertainties which could be uneasy to handle. Therefore, members of a design thinking team should be open-minded, curious, ready for changes, adaptative and collaborative, as well as willing to allow their thoughts or assumptions to be challenged. This workshop aims to help participants discover their inborn talents and use them in the design thinking process to maximise the team’s productivity.

Key Objectives:
To learn the basis for building an effective design thinking team by maximising employee’s individual inborn talents with strength-based development.
